Buffalo Bills edge rusher Von Miller spoke to the media this week for the first time since his arrest in November, denying allegations that he assaulted a pregnant woman.
In November, Miller was arrested and a warrant issued for third-degree felony assault. An arrest-warrant affidavit alleged that Miller physically attacked and damaged the property of the woman in question, who he was in a romantic relationship with.
The woman, who will not be named here, also claims the situation was blown out of context. She confirmed to a Dallas television station WFAA via text that they were both fine, describing the incident as outrageous, sad and blown out of context.
In response to these claims, Miller stated the accusations are completely wrong and that it is just a matter of time before everything gets cleared up.
