Cold Pizza? Unhappy Customer Throws Temper Tantrum at Jaco's Pizzeria

Niagara Falls Police responded to Jaco's Pizza on the 7200 block of Buffalo Avenue around 10:00pm on August 8th after reports of a customer dispute and criminal mischief.

Upon arrival, officers attempted to enter through the front door, but it was locked. While there, they observed a white substance smeared on the front door which was later explained to be saliva from the suspect.

As officers turned the corner to utilize another door, they observed a black female throwing two hanging plants from the outside dining area at the restaurant. She did cause property damage totaling $30.

It was not noted why the female became so irate. Did the bar cut her off? Was her pizza cold? Did they not have boneless wings? We might never know.

Officers spoke to a restaurant employee who stated he wished to press charges. She was taken into custody and transported to police headquarters for booking and processing. No further information is available at this time - Cold Pizza? Unhappy Customer Throws Temper Tantrum at Jaco's Pizzeria.
