Niagara Falls Police responded to TJ Maxx on Niagara Falls Boulevard around 8:00pm on May 7th after reports of shoplifting. Upon arrival, police spoke with a representative from the store who stated that three black females had just fled in a grey 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
The store was able to recover $89 in merchandise that the females attempted to steal. Two of the suspects used magnet removers to remove anti-theft devices from the store prior to concealing them. One of the suspects paid for a portion of the merchandise using a credit card.
Not only will law enforcement receive the credit card information, but the females parked so close to the store that police also have the vehicles registration information. Store security footage will also be available to police.
No further information is available at this time.
So are they stupid or is it because they are no REAL consequences anymore for acting this way that they were so lackadaisical in this crime?
