Logan Benjamin is a local businessman with over five years of experience serving Western New York. Building on his family's 32-year history of small business ownership, he launched Brass Ring Web Solutions to help other businesses and nonprofits succeed online without breaking the bank.

A Journey of Resilience and Growth

Born and raised in Western New York, Logan was diagnosed with Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) early in life. With determination and support from his family, friends, and educators, he has made remarkable progress in overcoming challenges.

Logan's early job experiences, including delivering groceries for his family's store and volunteering at the Herschell Carrousel Factory Museum, were instrumental in developing the skills needed for professional success. Serving as a ride operator and social media content creator at the museum further honed his communication skills and boosted his confidence.

Igniting a Passion

In early 2019, atter considering whether to get a job or go to college, Logan chose to follow his family's footsteps and start a business to help small businesses. While managing websites for his family and a friend's business, Fun Meat Raffles, he discovered his passion for web design, SEO, and digital marketing-a journey his father fondly calls the "school of hard knocks."

That summer, while operating the museum's historic Carrousel, Logan's friend Jana Mertz suggested the name "Brass Ring Web Solutions." The name perfectly captured his entrepreneurial spirit and love for amusement parks, quickly becoming a hit at the museum. With his family's support, Logan officially launched Brass Ring Web Solutions on August 29th, 2019, a decision he's proud to have made.

Reaching For Success

Over the past five years, Logan has worked with over 30 local businesses and nonprofits to improve their online presence. Despite many ups and downs, especially during the pandemic, his mission from day one remains the same: providing effective results without breaking the bank.

Looking ahead, Logan is working to upgrade his WNY Biz Board directory into one of the region's largest business resources. Beyond that, his long-term plans are simply to continue helping our community reach for success online.
