Niagara Falls Police responded to the 3000 block of Livingston Avenue around 4:00pm on May 19th after reports of a burglary that occurred while the homeowner was doing yard work.
Upon arrival, police spoke to the complainant who stated she was outside doing yard work for several hours. While doing so, she had left her garage open. After returning to her garage, the complainant observed hedge trimmers, a weed whacker, and rototiller to be missing. The total amount of the stolen items is $860.00.
No further information is available at this time, nor are there any suspects, of the Niagara Falls burglar who struck while the homeowner was doing yard work.
