Barefoot Male Searches for Clothes at 3am in Sal Maglie Parking Lot

Niagara Falls Police were on routine patrol around 3am on November 14th when they observed a white male wandering around the Sal Maglie Stadium parking lot.

The male reportedly had no shoes on and “didn’t appear to be dressed for the weather.” Officers inquired why he was walking around the parking lot. He responded that he was looking for his belongings. Of note, he never elaborated as to what these "belongings were."

The male then gave officers a fake name which came back negative for any active warrants. However, upon further questioning officers ascertained that the male had not been truthful about his identity.

When the correct name was given to dispatch, officers were advised that the male had an active warrant out of Hamburg for vehicle theft. He was placed in custody and transported to Hamburg Police. No further information is available at this time.
