Three individuals were arrested during the Jason Aldean concert held on Thursday night at the Darien Lake Amphitheater. The arrests were announced by the Genesee County Sheriff's Office and the individuals involved have been issued appearance tickets.
One of the arrests involved a 57-year-old man with no permanent address. He was charged with harassment after allegedly striking another person during the concert. It was not reported if that person received medical treatment and the severity of any injury, if any. The Genesee County Sheriff's Office revealed that the man is homeless.
In addition, two other individuals, a 19-year-old man from Rochester and a 19-year-old woman from Akron, were charged with trespassing. They were allegedly ejected from the concert but re-entered the venue without authorization. It was not mentioned in the report how both were caught once re-entering the grounds. Regardless, both were unsuccessful. The Genesee County Sheriff's Office apprehended both and brought them into custody.
All three individuals have received appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear in Darien Town Court on August 13th.
