66-year-old Woman has Phone 'Forcefully' Ripped out of her Hands by Unknown Suspect


Niagara Falls Police received a walk-in complaint of a robbery that occurred at Tops on Portage Road around 7am on October 18th.


The 66-year-old complainant stated that she was exiting Tops after shopping when an unknown black male took her phone out of her hands and fled the scene. The phone, a Galaxy A15 5g, is worth approx. $280.



The complainant stated the male “forcefully” took the phone out of her hand and then ran away. There are no suspects at this time. It is unknown if security cameras captured the incident. No further information is available at this time.
